Monkedo Affiliate Program - Terms of Use

Last update: 17.09.2026

By registering for the Monkedo Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Upon approval of your application, you officially become a Monkedo Partner ("Partner"). As a Partner, you agree to comply with these terms, and acknowledge that any violation may result in your removal from the Program. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering and starting to promote Monkedo.

The purpose of your participation in the Program is to promote Monkedo through legal means and earn commissions on subscription purchases made by individuals who sign up through your referral link.

To apply for the Program, you must fill out the application form via Tolt and confirm your understanding that all payments will be made via Wise, bank transfer or SWIFT (unless otherwise agreed upon separately with the Monkedo team).

  • Account Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you notice any unauthorized use, you must notify Monkedo immediately.

3. Commissions

Commission Conditions:

  • Partners earn commissions only for purchases made by users who click on the Partner's referral link and complete a subscription purchase within 60 days, as verified by Tolt's cookies or tracking pixels.
  • The commission rate is 50% for monthly subscriptions and applies to the subscriber's payments within the first 12 months.

Taxation and Invoicing:

  • Commissions are gross amounts. To receive their payouts, Partners are required to issue and submit an official invoice to Monkedo for their earned commissions.
  • Partners are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations, invoicing requirements, and local tax laws in their respective jurisdictions.
  • Monkedo reserves the right to withhold payouts until a valid and compliant invoice is provided by the Partner.

Self-Referrals and Internal Purchases:

  • A Partner cannot refer themselves or individuals working at the same company.
  • Family members cannot be referred.
  • Purchases made within the same company as the Partner are not eligible for commissions.

  • Partners cannot use Monkedo brand names (Monkedo, monkedo.com, etc.) in PPC ads unless written permission has been obtained from Monkedo.
  • Brand names must be added as negative keywords in PPC campaigns unless written permission has been obtained from Monkedo. Failing to add or remove negative keywords when required is considered a breach of the agreement.
  • Required tracking parameters must be included in PPC campaigns unless written permission has been obtained from Monkedo.
  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in commission deductions, sales cancellations, or account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Monkedo shall not be held liable for loss of revenue resulting from tracking errors, technical problems, data loss, or actions intended to harm the Program. No explicit or implicit guarantee is given that the Program will operate continuously or error-free.

  • These Terms become effective upon the Partner's acceptance into the program and remain valid until account termination.
  • Monkedo may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates become effective as soon as they are published on this page.
  • If you do not accept the changes made to the terms, you must terminate your Partner account. Continued participation in the Program means you accept the changes.
